For years, I was the music leader for the Primary children at my church. But, recently I was released from that job that I loved and was given a new job to love. I am working with the young women in our church who are ages 11-18 years of age. This is a much busier job, and it is stretching my creativity as I help these girls grow into responsible, faith-filled young women.
One of the experiences that I just had this past week was working with a 12 year old girl as she prepared a lesson to teach the other young women in their Sunday meeting. She asked for my help in a specific aspect of her lesson and I was so happy to be a part of her excellent lesson! Click to read more about how we presented The Parable of the 10 Virgins.

You may or may not love cranberry sauce, and for years, that is all I ever associated cranberries with, either jellied sauce or cranberry juice. But, I have discovered a world of Cranberry Bliss in the past year or so , so I thought I would do a round-up of some favorite recipes for you!

It is starting to cool down in AZ and I'm beginning to feel like taking a moment to sit, read and drink a cup of Hot Cocoa! Of course, it is the Holiday Season, so those moments don't come very often. Do you know that last year, I didn't make a single Hot Cocoa Bomb? It was a crazy year! But, this year I am determined to keep the tradition alive! So many people asked me if I had made them last year and I had to so no, I don't want to disappoint this year! I want to recreate the wonderful, flavorful favorites and add the over the top decorations. I love the fun and the coziness Hot Cocoa Bombs add to the Holidays! Cocoa Bombs make such great gifts! And even though prices are higher than they were when we first created them back in 2014, you can still make them for less than 75 cents per bomb! I've seen them sold in stores (since we created them, ahem), for over $6.00 per bomb! So....if you want lots of flavor and decorating ideas to make your own Hot Cocoa Bombs, check out our e-books on Etsy. Thank you for your support Family Thanksgiving Gatherings can often include lots of kids and cousins of all ages. It's a great idea to have some activities that will keep them busy before and after the big meal! Not everyone loves football, (surprisingly), especially not younger kids. Unfortunately, the younger set are probably not interested in the same old, same old glue feathers on a turkey activity or a turkey word search. I mean, I know that I get tired of those, too. So, I rounded up some activities and games that I thought everyone might get a kick out of. These would be great to enjoy during the days leading up to Thanksgiving in classrooms or with grandchildren as well! So, click read more for some really fun ideas!
