To me, Chocolate Lava Cake is the quintessential dessert for Valentines Day! What could be better than the ooey, gooey, fudgy chocolate oozing out off a warm cake? Topping the cake with strawberries is the piéce de resistance and this dessert just looks like you are saying "I love you" with food. Another great thing about Chocolate Lava Cake is that is seems like something that takes a lot of effort, when in reality, it is so easy to make and to achieve a delicious result. This recipe for Chocolate Lava Cake makes 4 individual cakes. So, it would be perfect for a dinner with friends, or a small family of 4, or best of all to save for you and your Valentine to have a second helping later! If you warm it up, only do so in the microwave for 30 seconds or you will lose the lava in the middle. (It will still taste great, though!) Or, you can put it bake in a conventional oven for about 5 minutes. A Few Tips:
