I love that even though I don't own a single citrus tree, I always have an overwhelming amount of citrus every year! Friends with trees are so generous! Because of the wonderful harvest that citrus trees give each year, I am able to fill my pantry with lemonade concentrate, dehydrated citrus slices, my freezer with frozen varieties of juice and I'm able to bake breads, cakes and pies that are full of those bright citrus flavors! It is that citrus harvest time of year again! So, if you need some ideas about how to use your cornucopia of citrus, we have got you covered with this round-up of ideas and recipes!

Oh my! That orange curd and chocolate ganache pie looks amazing! And the cilantro lime butter is right up my alley, too. Pinned! :)

This is absolutely brilliant, Helen - so many delicious citrus recipes! Oranges are so lovely in baking, and your orange raspberry jam sounds amazing too. I love your dehydrator - I don't really have any more space for it (I have so many kitchen helpers!), but what a great idea!
