1. Easy to order and convenient delivery! 
2. Good quality food!
3. You can skip a week if you would like or cancel any time.
4. They deliver to almost all zip codes.
5. There is a free delivery option and the price of the food may be outweighed by the price of travel, depending on how far you have to travel to get to an affordable market.
6. Bonus-​they send cold things in a insulated bag with a large reusable ice pack! 

1. The prices are more expensive than in a regular grocery store.  Not budget friendly for people on a limited budget. 
2. There is a minimum weekly order of $15.  They won't send the food unless you reach that. 
3. There is a delivery charge unless you pay for  their higher plan.
4. You can only get one order per week.  So, if you forget something, you have to wait for next week.
