black owner businesses
We've shared a lot of shopping guides on our blog. Today, I've curated a list of Black-Owned small businesses that you can check out and support. Some of them are just getting started, so I'm excited to see where they go in the next few years!

I've also added some links at the bottom for Women of Color Connecting, an organization that helps support Women of Color entrepreneurs. It's an organization I found out about earlier this year and I'm so excited to help support them support women. Whether you are an entrepreneur, an investor, a business professional, or an ally, there are ways to get involved!

MNJSALES

From their website:

"We're a company based in Buffalo, NY, dedicated to providing optimal service in headgear and clothing."

Their specialty (that I've seen from social media) is satin-lined headwear- which is AWESOME for people with curly hair. Right now they have satin lined hats and beanies, as well as a few different styles of durags, but it looks like a lot more is in the works. Keep an eye on this shop!

Shop MNJSALES here.

SugarxSpice

SugarxSpice is a Black-Owned online boutique, selling a variety of apparel and accessories. They have soooo many cute sunglasses, but I think this marble print clutch is my favorite item on the site. It comes in both black and white and I need both.

They currently offer free shipping over $50, so you can stock up!

Shop SugarxSpice here.

Lucky Little Shop

Lucky Little Shop is a little sticker shop filled with so many cute designs by Kay, a digital artist. The stickers ship free and you can even buy in bulk! Kay also has a blog for sharing tips and tricks with other artists and small business owners.

There are a wide variety of stickers, including holographic stickers! They're running a sale on bulk stickers right now, so check them out!

Black Honey

Founded during the pandemic, Black Honey is a Black, woman, and Army veteran owned shop specializing in 100% natural skincare products. For Black History Month they are offering 20% off of all orders, and they also provide free shipping for orders over $100.  AND, on top of all of that, they offer wholesale and are willing to work with you for custom orders.

And honestly, look at that whipped body butter. It looks so moisturizing and I kinda want to eat it (I won't, I promise, but man is it tempting).

Shop Black Honey here.

Keychain Kouture

Keychain Kouture doesn't just sell self-defense keychains, but they are the namesake and focus of the brand. Each keychain comes with a chapstick holder, kubaton, pepper spray, a cute pompom, and can be personalized with a letter of your choice.

These keychains are made to order and they are also offering 20% off during Black History Month. Protect yourself in style! Self-defense keychains are one of my favorite products out on the market right now, and these ones are so cute.

Women of Color Connecting

Women of Color Connecting is an organization that works to support, bring together, and create a path of wealth for Women of Color entrepreneurs. There are multiple ways to get involved, from donating, to volunteering your time and expertise, to "adopting" a business or sponsoring the upcoming summit.

Find how you can support them here.

They also have a virtual event coming up to help connect entrepreneurs, investors, and business professionals this March. The agenda looks amazing and if you're interested you can find out more about that here. It's running from March 11-25 and again, has opportunity for everyone from entrepreneur to investor to ally to get involved in the process. Even if you are already an established business professional, you have the opportunity to volunteer and help spread the knowledge you have.
