Did you realize that this is national peanut month? When I think of peanuts, I think of peanut butter and when I think of peanut butter, I think of our family's favorite fudge recipe, Florida Fudge! I shared the recipe for Florida Fudge with you a couple of year ago on this post. It is a popular Christmas treat around here. The traditional way to serve Florida Fudge is to scoop it out onto waxed paper. But, with Spring on the way, I decided to Easter it up a bit! First, I used a dome mold and made little rounded fudge shapes and decorated them simply with buttercream and sprinkles. Next, I simply spread the fudge in a pan and layered on the springtime sprinkles! I think both ways are super cute and would look great in any Easter Basket! *No matter how many times I try to make that recipe say "3 Extra Large Tablespoons Peanut Butter", it changes to Extra Large Peanut butter. So, I hope you realize it means 3 heaping, really large spoonsful of peanut butter!
