Hello readers! Do any of you have an Air Fryer? My mother in law gave us one for Christmas, and we have been Air Frying everything ever since! 
PH and I love our cooking appliances. We are a gadety kitchen. This is a GREAT gadget and let me tell you why. 
1. It cooks everything really fast.
2. It doesn't heat up your kitchen during those hot summer months.
3. The meat always turns out moist and juicy.

No regrets you guys. If you get an Air Fryer, your life will change!

Last night we had family over for dinner for our monthly Family Home evening. We were hosting. I made my mom's amazing gluten free brownies for dessert since PH is a Valentine's baby and he loves brownies. And we made these delicious pork chops using the air fryer! 

Now I will give the caveat that we had particularly thick cuts of meat so we had to cook our chops for a bit longer than the recipe calls for. If you have really thick chops like we did, add an extra five minutes to the cooking time to ensure they cook all the way through.

Seriously guys. These air fryer pork chops are so good! Try them for dinner tonight, and enjoy!
