Cool Cool whip Cookies and Other Unusual but Delicious Cool Whip Recipes

     I was up at my son's home last week and he and his kids had made some delicious cookies! To my surprise, he told me that they only had 3 ingredients, one of them being Cool Whip! So, I made them myself today since I have grandchildren coming to visit this evening.  They are so easy to make and since I made them with a devil's food cake mix, they seem like brownies. 

    These cookies will be a great simple recipe to make for Memorial Day Weekend, plus an excellent addition to the 3 Ingredient Cookies Collection we shared a few years ago.  

A Few Tips:

• Mix the dough with beaters until smooth.  The dough will be thick but sticky.
• Use a cookie scoop to scoop them into balls and drop right into the powdered sugar. Roll them into balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
• When the cookies come out of the oven, smack the baking sheet onto the counter to give them the nice crackled effect!

     I think these would really be good done with a lemon cake mix!
