Fall is right around the corner and I couldn't be happier! We don't get a lot of the crisp Fall weather in Phoenix, but I am ready for cooler temperatures and the chance to wear sweaters! I'm also in love with the comfort food that comes with Fall days that make you just want to cozy up and savor a meal at home! Thinking about Fall Food made me go straight to my Crockpot and the delicious recipes that come out of that thing. So, I thought I would collect some of our favorite recipes that are delicious prepared in the Crockpot and share them with you today! Crockpot Boeuf Bourguignon was shared by Alicia! Simple to make, yet delicious enough to serve company. Slow Cooker Ribs, also a recipe from Alicia, are an amazing alternative to smoking or grilling and these are so tender and delectable! Barbequed Pulled Pork, a recipe from Lindsey, is a great recipe for anytime of the year! Meat cooked in a crockpot comes out so fall off the bone tender! Poor Man's Tamale Pie is something I came up with a few years back. I'd almost forgotten about it! I am definitely adding it back into my menu rotation! Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore is an easy way to get that wonderful classic flavor with little effort! This is another one I need to revisit! I love Chicken Cacciatore! Pumpkin Chili is a regular in Lindsey's kitchen and is one of my favorite chili recipes. I love it when she serves us this chili! It is definitely a comfort food when served with a moist corn bread! Chicken Drumsticks in Pumpkin Sauce is a recipe I came up with for Lindsey's birthday one year. Pumpkin is a versatile ingredient and this is a perfect recipe for Fall. Chicken Taco Soup is a delicious version of Taco Soup that Lindsey shared. I had some recently and remembered what a winner recipe this is! Fall means apple harvest time, so here is a recipe for canning! Crockpot Apple Butter is a great way to use up an abundance of apples to enjoy them year round. Chicken Enchilada Casserole in the Crockpot is a great way to enjoy a family favorite casserole even when time is short in the evening. My family loves this casserole however it is served! Hipster Poutine Copycat Recipe is one I came up with after having beef poutine in a restaurant in Disneyland. Roasting the meat in the Crockpot makes this recipe super easy to prepare. We can't forget dessert! Blueberry Dump Cake in the Crock Pot is a great one! Wow! I think that is a good start to begin filling out my fall menu! I'm so excited to try some of these again! I hope that you will dust off your crockpot and give them a try as well. Let us know if you do! What are your favorite crockpot recipes? I am always ready to adopt a new one!
