     It is hard to believe that we have been blogging since 2014!  It all started with a single idea that we wanted to promote, The Original Hot Cocoa Bomb.  I know, I know, you've heard that others came up with the idea first, but that is water under the bridge now.  But, that idea is what propelled this 9 year project.  
     It has been so much fun over the years to share our ideas and to see which ones caught on in popularity.  We published our most popular posts in years past and I decided to do it again this year with a different twist.  Today I'm going to share our 5 most popular posts of 2023, and also 5 of our most popular posts of all time!  If you've missed seeing them, now is your chance to go back and check them out!

Top 5 from 2023

1. Outdoor Rock Tic Tac Toe - This one surprised me because it isn't an original idea.  It is an idea I've seen numerous times and have wanted to make for my grandkids.  I painted my rocks to look like bees and ladybugs.  It was such a fun project! 
2. Apple Scrap Jelly- I am very proud of my apple canning this year because I was able to  use every bit of those apples in juice, applesauce and this delicious jelly! 
3. Inspirational Coasters- I loved this idea of putting conference quotes to remember on coasters to keep them in my mind so much that I published another popular post with new quotes here. Many of you loved these as well! 
4. Unusual Nativities- Many of you collect nativities, and I love them as well.  I put together this collection of unusual ones available from different sources that we affiliate with. 


5. Cornucopia Thanksgiving Favors-  These little cornucopias were fun to make and have on the table this past Thanksgiving! Some of my grandkids had fun helping me make them!

• ​How to Build a Cocoa Bomb the 3 Winks Way- The reason our blog exists! And, going along with this post, we have a video showing how to make them  here.  Not to mention many, many other posts about these delicious things. 

• How to Cook Orangetti Squash- This post was the number one post on Google for a long time when it came to how to cook this squash! The recipes would also work with regular spaghetti squash. 

• A Kitchen Scarf- This has been a tremendously popular tutorial! I learned to make these from Anita, the most talented person I know. 

• Bind a Rug- I first published this tutorial back in 2016 and it has been wildly popular ever since. The rug that I demonstrated with is still in use in my son's room and looking great! 

• S'mores Relief Society Activity- Earlier this year I helped to plan this activity for our church women's group.  It turned out really well and many of you looked in on it through this post.  There are free printables on there to use for your own activity if you would like!
